A dedicated team led by committed leader Jason Meade, the Success On the Spectrum center on South Main Street in Rittman, Ohio, is a perfect example of the city’s motto: “A Small Town with a Big Heart.” Although Rittman is sometimes referred to as a “town” because of its smaller population compared to nearby cities like Akron and Cleveland, it is, in fact, a city. And while it may be small in size, its impact is anything but.
So what exactly are we celebrating? Autism acceptance is a given. But what else could there be?
“Since its inception, Success On The Spectrum has endeavored to operate with diligence in the surrounding area, offering ABA therapy services to children with autism, and its tremendous contributions have earned it the respect and appreciation of many. We are certain that as this business maintains its unfaltering dedication to its founding principles, it will continue in the tradition of excellence that has become its hallmark.
Thus, it is with great satisfaction that we recognize Success On The Spectrum for exemplary achievement and extend best wishes for ongoing success.”
– Senatorial Citation from Senator Al Landis.
To catch us up to speed, our amazing Rittman, Ohio location received the Community Improvement Award from the Rittman Chamber of Commerce. The Rittman Chamber of Commerce, alongside city leadership, presents awards to individuals and organizations enhancing the community. Despite being an award from a “small” city, this award is presented by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, House of Representatives – Meredith Craig. The SOS Rittman office team also received recognition letters from the Office of Wayne County Commissioners of Ohio, and from one of the District State Senators quoted above.
The members of the State of Ohio sees that the SOS Rittman Center has “established a solid foundation of superior services upon which it can continue to excel, and its commitment to excellence has been clearly evident,” a short excerpt from Meredith Craig’s letter. All three state and government entities agree that it is crucially significant, and important, that the Rittman Success On The Spectrum Center continues to operate and serve the community and its “future generations.”
Meaning that at the perspective-level of the institutional infrastructure of Rittman, Ohio – SOS Rittman is recognized as a staple that not only constitutes as a main part of Rittman, but contributes greatly and is relied upon by the community of Rittman and the surrounding areas. It is an organization that is recognized, and expected to be there with services in the realm of ABA Therapy for Autism families. Of course, as people who live in communities, we knew this truth before it was recognized at an Official-Government authoritative level. It is a great milestone for Success On The Spectrum Rittman, and as an organization brand overall – we are proud. Great job, and kudos to the CEO, Jason Meade (Short-bios on Rittman Center’s CEO/Leads) and the rest of the team! Congratulations indeed, please feel free to connect with the team through Social Media and congratulate them!
It is important to note that this wasn’t something that is easily achieved over night, or through a short-term period of work. This is a buildup of commitment, dedication, hope, and striving for serving others with needs. Sounds weird to say it out loud like that, but it is the truth: SOS Rittman is set on a mission to support and provide solutions for families and children no matter what obstacles come in the way for their local communities’ families (exactly like the rest of our other Centers). If you are in the area of Rittman, Ohio please don’t feel shy to drop-in to meet the team!
