Submitting Potential Site for SOS Approval

To submit a potential site to our approval you will need to follow 3 STEPS. Please follow these steps to avoid delays.

Once you find an office space that you like, you must obtain approval from SOS Franchising.

STEP 1

Using SOS territory maps, check for any overlays and conflicts with existing territories. Existing territories are shown in blue circles, while upcoming territories are shown in red.

STEP 2

We require the full address, layout draft, total square footage, parking ratio, and total price including NNN.

STEP 3

Using WeTransfer.com (or a similar large file transfer service), send us a walk-through video using these best practices:

– Use the following email for the recipient: info@sosfranchising.com

– Turn your phone sideways when recording videos and zoom all the way out.

– Start the video from outside and walk into the lobby (just as a parent would).

– It would be helpful if we could see the ceiling tiles (we count them to estimate the size of the room).

– We need to see every closet and every restroom.

– Talk to us while you walk! Give a verbal explanation of what you are seeing and where we are in the building.
