Nichole Daher is an American entrepreneur, book author, autism advocate, and founder of Success On The Spectrum (SOS)-the first autism treatment franchise in the United States-known for its parent viewing rooms and quality-driven ABA services. She currently serves as CEO of SOS Franchising, where she provides support, resources, and opportunities for entrepreneurs to open their own Success On The Spectrum autism centers.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Nichole Daher is the author of Charting New Waters: The Story Behind Success On The Spectrum, a memoir chronicling her journey as an autism mother and business leader transforming the autism therapy industry.

Cathrine Hatcher is an accomplished author and professional speaker whose voice has inspired audiences across industries. Catherine’s work as an executive coach strengthened her ability to understand people deeply expertise that ultimately helped her become an actor’s director and later an award-winning film director known for bringing out powerful performances and crafting compelling stories. Since 2014, she has served as Director and Producer for DogAndButterfly Films, further expanding her creative impact through meaningful and emotionally resonant projects.

Today, she applies her creative and human-centered approach as the Director of Marketing for SOS Franchising, where she blends narrative strategy, emotional insight, and brand vision to elevate the organization’s impact.

Beyond Cathrine’s professional roles, she is a mother of two and a passionate animal lover.
